Dear Diary,

Quiz night at the Pub, and this is the question I got:

Complete the saying, "If you love someone..."

I had no idea so I went for a truthful answer.

Turned out the correct answer was, quite illogically, "set them free."

My answer "bang her all night long every night" was incorrect, but it
caused quite a few giggles from the ladies present.

That was some consolation.
